Parbatipur Adda Football Club was founded by a group of local football enthusiasts led by Abdul Goni. With minimal resources but maximum passion, the club began with just 15 players and a single football.
The club won its first regional tournament, the Parbatipur Adda District Championship, defeating established rivals. This victory put MFC on the map and attracted young talent from across the division.
After years of playing in makeshift grounds, MFC finally secured its own home—the Parbatipur Adda Sports Arena. The community rallied to build basic facilities, creating a true home for the club.
The "Golden Generation" of players led MFC to its most successful season, winning three major regional tournaments. Several players from this team went on to represent the national youth teams.
Under new management, the club underwent significant modernization. Youth academies were established, and partnerships were formed with schools to develop talent from a young age.
MFC took a pioneering step by establishing one of the region's first professional women's football teams. The women's team quickly found success, winning the Regional Women's Cup in 2018.
The club celebrated its 50th anniversary with a year-long series of events, community outreach programs, and a special anniversary match attended by thousands of loyal supporters.
